The Hometown Bookshop is out today!
Today’s the publication day for The Hometown Bookshop. I’m delighted that it’s officially out there, and very grateful to my early readers and everyone who has already bought a copy. Thank you! And thank you also to my lovely publisher, Fairlight Books, who have once again been a joy to work with.
Book Launch News
I realise it’s been ages since I posted on here. As it’s the summer, things have been very busy at the bookshop.
I’m gearing up for the publication of my new novel The Hometown Bookshop, which comes out on 21st August! Thank you so much to everyone who has pre-ordered copies.
My big news is that I’m going on a mini book tour to promote the book. I didn’t do this for The Moon and Stars (although I did some lovely one-off events), so I’m very excited!
Audiobook News and More…
My advance copies arrived this morning! They’re gorgeous. I’m so pleased with how the cover has turned out. Here I am (or, at least, here’s my hand) posing with a copy in Book Corner.
Hello from Book Corner
The sunny weather has come to Saltburn. Easter was busy, but now I’m in the lull which usually follows the school holidays. This is a good time to do a restock ready for the summer season, and I’m currently ordering lots of lovely new books. I’ll be moving on to bookish gifts and greetings cards next.
